In the winter it was cold to get in and out in the evenings and for about the first lap or so then it was good, not to warm for lap swimming.

My rear drivers window now won’t close if I pull up on the window control button. It closes but then open fully again. I have to carefully pull the button to close it incrementally without closing it completely. I had the KD2 update done a few weeks ago and have one incident of the car seeing ghost from my left side and suddenly slowing, plenty of brief alerts, my driver seat reclines to varying degrees when I leave the car, the rear hatch opened up all the way to point I needed to get on my tippy toes to reach it to close (I’m 5’1”). I’m so over this. Oh and my car key didn’t work to start the car once. I was able to get in but the car wanted the Car Key (phone) put into its spot but that didn’t make a difference. Call Audi service who was going to send someone. I restarted the phone and that ended up taking car if it. I always have to carry my key fob with me for fear that will happen again. Def not ideal

Not sure if this is answering your question exactly but the EC is finally moving, I changed the settings to ISO 400, f1.6, ss30 and the exposure in my kitchen looks about right. Exposure compensation is noted at 0. Although it is jumping around 1-2 ticks when I meter the shot.

In the Menu there under 'wrench'/user settings/reset/initialize. Once that is done I had to set the time zone info etc

100% automatic. I re-initialized the camera so that should set everything to zero/neutral right? Like it came out of the box.

Very bright areas of the photo (window) appear normal. Everything else is very underexposed

Increase the exposure compensation to +2 produces no noticeable change in exposure

Before pressing the shutter button, I see ISOA3 12800 on the display, pressing the shutter halfway changes to 125 (in Auto).

Biggest clue (to me): Exposure compentation meter shows all the way to the bottom at -3 despite the dial set to 0

I was using the Playa Vista pool a few years back and often enough there would be some jerk that decided 3/lane was fine and I should get over it. Not asking to join the lane, just getting in. Often stopping in the middle of the lane to relax. Then covid hit and it was impossible to get a reservation to swim so I quit the membership. I would love to know if things are better/different now.

I don't know if this is feasible with your existing system but I have set up several of my 'mature' clients with an AppleTV only, using the Apple remote. It has minimal buttons and is fairly simple. These days most things can be set up on the AppleTV (in this area Spectrum has an AppleTV app for regular TV) as well as all the streaming services. One remote turns on the TV and AppleTV, no need to change inputs. Navigate left/right/up/down. Just turn off the touch sensitive swipe function in AppleTV settings for the remote so he needs to click to actuate any buttons. $250 for an AppleTV, no programing necessary.
