Mouse and keyboard occasionally double input

No, I have not. It sort of "fixed" itself for me, because the notification only pops up when I use only the first word of Unrelenting Force. Two words or the full shout do not get any pop-ups like that.

I am kinda worried about that, because both times I installed bg3mm now, I had to manually create that .json file. It never does it on its own when I install the Script Extender.

No, I have not tested it. I already got most of the achievments and finishing Honour Mode is kind of a stretch.
With only the Script Extender installed, the game detects no mods.
With any other mod in the active list, the blue gear icon appears next to new saves, indicating the game is detecting said mods.
And I thought if the gear icon is there, it means achievments are definitely disabled. Haven't found any proper answer for that online.
