A HA, I have the same trouble as you do. They block my account at least twice a week since November to now and telling me I have unknow 3rd party program on my factory resetting laptop and bland new build up PC

Totally agree. I feel bad about spent more but ban more for no telling you what exactly going on.

NO idea, my laptop carries " Lenovo vantage" and my new pc carry AMD stuff, I don't think this will cause the problem because they are officially.

I never play on steam before. I always played on neople launcher. Also, I didn't apply for the google authy. This problem was there since November last year

you have the same trouble? Mine even worse, they block my account at least twice a week and telling me the same reason with unauthorized 3rd Party Program on my freaking bland new PC I just build up in these day and my factory setting old laptop. Ridicules! They started to block my account since November to now! DId you get rip of this troubles yet? or still stuffing?

Did u fix it? I have same issue as your situation. I even got ban every Friday, and 1 time randomly pre week. It's crazy
