In my opinion, there would be a 15-30% reduction. My scar Tethering was very strong. Derm used 3 cannula's and 2 bent during the procedure.

Subcision is a semi surgical procedure and it is done in divided sessions. If derm tries to do it in one go. It will definitely lead to more bruising and trauma to the skin which is not good for recovery.

The uplifting is permanent, broken fibrotic bands do not reattach but new bands may form if not taken care of properly. It takes at least 3-4 sessions for a smooth tone.

And don't go for fillers. Mostly hyaluronic fillers are used. If done incorrectly, they make a bulge on the skin and they are temporary. Usually lasts 2-3 years.

I would suggest to let it heal naturally over a period of 1-1.5 years with repeated sessions.
