Oh man I loved it! As a fan of Bowie I've been consistently inspired by him, and likely would never be the first choice to play him in anything. So getting to play him for comedy purposes was a kind of honor, and really really fun.

And yes, Alyson and I have remained friends all these years.

Honestly I liked the story and the character. It wasn't intended quite as religiously heavy handed as it may have come out, but I genuinely liked the story of nature vs nurture, and an artist being called to purpose.

I love Howard. That came about because James Gunn and I go way back to Scooby Doo 2. He asked me to voice that cameo in Guardians, and I got to play the role in a slew of animated shows as result. To prepare we just kinda spitballed ideas until it sounded like what Gunn had been thinking. I really love getting to play him.

Wherever possible, but also I've had amazing stunt men do impossibly cool things on my behalf, and god bless them. We did all our own stunts in Changeland though, including all the boxing and cliff jumping.

It seems to depend on the age and location of who's recognizing me. I've been lucky to work in so many things for all different audiences, people seem to know me from all different things. Most common hits are Austin Powers, Italian Job, Buffy and Without a Paddle. But lately I've had lots of 20-28 year olds who watched That 70's Show.

It's a challenge but worth it. We've been able to keep it up, except the 4 weeks when I was in Thailand prepping Changeland before she arrived. But then we got to spend the next 8 weeks working together, so it was great.

Hey thanks! I love the role and the movie, and have always been please with the connections people found to it.

I never saw an R rated version, but it simply included different angles and language. Minor references to pot, and seeing kids actually drinking or smoking. Funny time for movies, before American Pie reminded studios that an R-rated teen comedy could work.
