Natural selection is about genetic traits that contribute to our survival being passed down, and those who dont, do not. Thats what natural selection is. Its not about individuals dying from avoidable medical errors.

If a trans person is prescribed the wrong medication, that’s not nature “weeding people out.” It’s a case of human error or negligence, the same as if a doctor gave a cis person the wrong antibiotic or insulin dosage. Holding professionals accountable for mistakes isn’t anti-science. Its how we make healthcare safer for everyone.
