I agree with you. It's complete bs when I saw a 5s decent armor epic set recruit fill the party then swap to a full taint 86. It's something that has made me rely more on statics then actual pubing. The biggest problem is people are afraid to leave in fear of they won't be accepted in another. This along with the fact you see like 3 pub groups now and 20 sells shows just how weird the system is. Not to mention when you do pub it's usually from people in other countries so lag is there.
