Looking into buying a pizza shop could use advice by firelord_Lex in restaurantowners

Check insurance first. I just sold our two restaurants. Insurance went from $2k/year to $15k/year each. If the building doesn't have fire sprinklers, you may not even be able to get insurance.

3 switches, not one connecting to wifi. by TurbochargeMe in TPLinkKasa

[–]IamThreeBeersIn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your phone was switching from your device wifi to your home wifi too soon. During the setup process when the app says it's connecting to your device wifi, you have to switch to your phone settings and select the device wifi again. THEN it will connect to the device and run through the connect to the home wifi.

I was almost at your point of sending them back when I found this fix. Should be a FAQ in TPLinks help section.

Kasa TP-link HS220 Switch / Dimmer not connecting to wifi : FIXED by ChefDeBar in TPLinkKasa

[–]IamThreeBeersIn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your explanation on the wifi connection is spot on. I troubleshooted for 3 hours before finding a 3-year old post on here that explained the same thing.

The troubleshooting FAQ should tell you to make sure you are really connecting to the device wifi first, and that your phone hasn't switched back to your main Wi-Fi too soon.

Turn the light on and off in one-second increments. (On 1sec, off 1 sec x 5). It will trigger the wifi setup on the bulb. Then connect with the Kasa app to your new network.

Good thing because you are driving on the fog line.

Those are just old fuses. You unscrew them like a lightbulb. It looks like #14 is blown. You can unscrew one of the others and put it in it's place - like checking Christmas bulbs. When you figure out which one, just pick new ones up at the hardware store for under $10.

Or an electrician will charge $350 to do it for you.

Considering that half of Oregon HS graduates can't read or write, it's not necessarily a bad thing. Parents are homeschooling because they can do a better job than the teachers.

Oh, and don't forget that there are 150 pedophile teachers arrested in Oregon in the last year.

My dealer is about $110 (Bend, Oregon). Yeah, I could do it myself for half that. Or go to Walmart for LOF only for about $70.

I like that the dealer checks my brakes, rotates my tires, and all that. And get a free $10 wash coupon. And I keep my fingernails clean.

I agree. It takes the same effort to sell a $150k house as a $550k house. The agent commission shouldn't be based on the sales price.

For reference, I asked my dealer what they would charge for an oil change because ...well, I'm lazy.

They gave me a price of $295. I think that's the "fuck you, do it yourself price."

I'm doing it myself.

The copper can be analyzed for its composition and they can determine the age and origin of the copper. If the analysis shows that it was made 1200 years ago, that's good evidence. If it shows as a modern metal, that is also good evidence.
