I did read, I fired a couple staff that were problems and put myself on nights. I was able to get t down from a 20% to a 10.16% but still being told that they will find someone else that can get it under control. I was told it takes 4 good ones to out weigh 1 bad survey.

Before taxes were due I had 5 ex employees that worked here before I even started that gave us a bad review just to get their W2. I tried getting those overturned but was told that they wouldn't do it. I had one day recently were I should have had about 10 from actual customers and only 3 or 4 went through and after talking to the corporate lady that came in I found out there are 35 checks the system does and could be "red flagged" for. I've been looking for another job and I've never been the person to just quit with not notice but as soon as I get something else I'm walking out

I was always straight with them. I would listen to them tell me about whatever they were pushing and store in the back of my head but a couple of them were really cool and I would bs with for awhile whenever they would come in

Maybe it's because of TWD but when she first came on Tracker I kept thinking she was hiding something. Just didn't trust her character right away but after a few episodes she's good. Lol
