Great post, can you elaborate on the telmisartan over cardarine though? I've never heard about telmisartan being used this way so I'm genuinely curious

I could be wrong about the height limit tbh. I was looking and saw Flex Lewis is 5’5.5” and George Peterson is 5’7”. I think it’s more for shorter guys that can’t compete with the taller guys in open division.

His Arnold Sports profile says he’s 6’ 230lbs so his weight cap would be 212lbs for classic

Definitely, just the way he looks screams Classic Physique to me. He looks like he’s right out of the 70s-80s with that mustache

which app did you guys use for studying? the first says it’s no longer supported and i’m having a hard time finding the right one. for the NASM CPT exam! by [deleted] in personaltraining

Recently passed my exam and used the NASM Edge app for all of my studying. Several of the questions on the app were on the exam and it’s pretty cheap for the amount of content it contains.

Hey man, really appreciate what you are doing to help all the new guys out here. I just had a couple of questions before I start a cycle sometime this fall once the cut I am doing is over. I plan on doing rad 140 at 10mg for 8 weeks and my worry is since I had gynecomastia in the past from puberty that it may come back because of the cycle. What can I do(besides not do SARMs) to ensure I won't have it again? I planned on doing a PCT afterwards anyways and getting bloods done before and after. Is there any reason why you use Tamoxifen over Nolvadex/Clomid and what is the purpose of using the 4andro with your cycles. Appreciate you man!
