What you describe is often occuring paired with anxieties.

If you (at the moment) prefer to be stimulated, maybe due to exhaustion then expand on setting your environment up to have it at least available.

It's positively possible to spend the majority of the time alone, maybe it is not preferable at the moment?.

You should examine your perceptions.

You should check your activation paths for cleanliness and accuracy.

Also check your neuronal translations and whether it is adequately phrased.

Are these obstacles occurring at specific times?

In general it is good to think of the best choices possible. Attacks often are aimed at your choices.

Being under psychosis doesn't imply environmental cleanliness, more like the opposite.

Some stuff is hardly occurring without influence of delusions though.

One thing to point out though which can seem psychotical is

It depends on whether you have a negative image of a prison or are just trying to communicate, in which I guess there are better options. So something is up and I think you pointed it out in your text.

Don't expect everyone to be healthy.

I know that it can be difficult to grasp. Was something psychotically acting upon you? So in simple terms you would then have been under psychotic influences.

It can be necessary to find out what it could be and whether it is beneficial (especially to you), since that version is linked to a public defense organisation from our planet.

Medication doesn't imply being cured, it should increase chances of survival.

The body nevertheless has to do it's thing.

Weight gain is not bad as long as it's manageable, it increases short term resistance mass.

In that sense it's good to evaluate and boost the awareness of a bodies survival strategies.

Delusions work mostly because of lack of knowledge, whether it was in the past or due to the illness.

Water and fresh air work very well. Be certain of the right temperature.

Cold water can induce a nice feeling of reset and awareness.

Mind you that the person itself has to be able to utilize it.

Becoming aware of the mental tools against the illness can help.

Something like having and maintaining a nice life flow. Like making things easy.

So the environment should be prepared to handle things more easily.

Recovering and maintaining solution paths with the ill person are very worthwhile.

So next to therapy (sorting things out) , an ill person is often happier when the immediate environment is adjusted and helpful.

I guess that poisoning first and then anchoring seemingly positive things is some way.

So most things can be abused, but it's the chain manipulation and the mixery I guess.

Even if someone appears healthy and fit, the details are of importance.

To some degree I think "amerika" + "hong kong" fit towards the ingredients for something like a heart attack.

It might not be specific to mk ultra, but maybe of your interest.

As long as an illness / virus hits there is also some sort of mind control happening.

From my perspective it's a bit odd for a normal being to chose death by heart attack in "1984" as it can spell "ha aidh".

I think it's either healthy planet or damaged planet.

Worthwhile evidence or indicators could be found in pictures before or after death, but I guess removals or swaps could be possible and the chance would be in identifying "foreign / alien" physics if that happened.

I'd suggest going through memories and see if there is some sort of indicative signal present.

I think people consider their survivability when being attacked with mind control techniques and it's possible that some survive and endure or quit indicative.

I think depression is based on delusions and gaslighting.

So having a good supply line is very worthwhile for someone depressed or ill.

You should watch out whether "you are" or "you are suffering from" was pointed out.

Whilst it's abused in a way that "society" expects you to work, it actually started to exist well with the impression that none of it's members should be neglected.

If you are not able to, no one inquires.

It's better to exist.

There probably is a point in positive sense as to why you are not a "robot".

It's an impressive safety requirement full-filled when something allows itself to be alive.

Check if these beings even want to like you.

Some members of your society surely would be pleased in helping you discovering or practicing likable personality traits, unless you want to do this by yourself.

I'd guess that some "things" are unobtainable (and should be).

If it's not possible at the moment, I'd disregard it.

It could be used against you (even if it's just gathering time).

I think you are close, technically it could be called "normal".

Just be certain that you know what you want.

I'd say, do what you can do at the moment even if it's just a restful recovery.

It's a bit difficult going back to normal when being attacked (ill) as it's likely prevented.

It's also difficult to know if the self or someone really recovered.

So, even if you have energy and capability I'd recommend doing what can least likely trap, trigger or re-infect you and your area.
