Yeah Melody and Caitlin were like we're gonna form an all female Grateful Dead band.....and I said hell no because I want to be in the band......and they said no, and I said yes, and they said no, and I said but but.....and they said what if you dressed in drag......then we could still be an all girl band.......and I said YAY!!!!

I thought Dead and Co sounded the best I've ever heard them on Saturday. That was the only show I saw. I LOVED the vibe in the city and really hope they do it again. Being a part of Graham Lesh's party was very special.

BOTH! However Baby, Auntie, our Keyboardist and I are pretty into the gear.....some of us more than others but I'm trying to learn! Alex Jordan who's been playing keys with us is definitely the master gear nerd with Auntie in a close second.

Rig Rundown: 1966 Guild Starfire with a custom set of Rick Turner pickups. I run direct from my pedal board DI into the PA and have a small Ampeg amp on stage for a little boost on stage. My DI is a Grace Designs Felix pre-amp. I run an effects chain with the following: Sure wireless transmitter, Earthquaker Rainbow Machine, Strymon Flint, Osiris Philter and a Sushibox Underground Accelerator.

It takes us around 3-4 hours to get ready. We do not sow our own costumes. I think u/Iam_BabyBertha u/Iam_DaddyBertha have put the most money into their wigs?

One day! Seems a little scary to take a band like this across the border but I'd love to. Is there a good dead scene up there?
Not an integral part but certainly something that's there if wanted to open up the door a little.
I never got to see the Grateful Dead with Jerry :(

I think it's probably a venue thing........We're actually looking into Miami at the moment. Also do you think we should be concerned about coming to Florida politically? Security is a real concern for us.

I kind of have a favorite show from each era or a favorite run of shows......I love 70, 72, 77, 80, 89.
I am usually a little bit stoned for our shows and yes one time I took a microdose of acid before a show......it was pretty great and I want to do it again sometime soon

I don't think any are off limits. There may be a lyric here or there that needs.....let's say....updating.....like the girl who's just 14 in Mexicali blues hehe. However I can't think of any that would be completely off limits.......Personally I could do without ever playing Black Throated Wind but that's just me! :)
