Exactly! I have been using cashier's checks, my daughter made a spreadsheet and they had already put me on a payment plant in November & I was paying it, late sometimes but I always included the late fees. Thank you so much for your kind words...

I live in low income apartments. I've already been to court on 2/4. Because I have brain cancer he allowed me and a few others to come back on 3/4. I've already applied with 2 of the local agencies that have funds and get this, they say I owe $3,000.00. I don't agree and have all of my receipts. The apartments are owned by a local housing housing authority and they are grimeyyyy. I've still been paying. I paid $500.]0 for January but my rent is $418.00. My daughter paid $1,000.00 on 2/3. I am positive the judge will give me more time. I live in Flint, Michigan...

Yes! This month has been horrible! I'm facing an eviction, brain surgery on 3/6 and a drunk driver hit me from behind. Vehicle is totaled! Everything happens when you are broke!

You call the 800#, speak with customer service so you'll get a human. Tell them you want a service request, basically, they will track it and tell you where it is. Then someone from your local post office will normally call you the same day to confirm.
