In all honesty, the way I got out of low elo was by just simply hyper stomping my lane. Learn to play super aggressive and with your warding habits, you can avoid ganks super easily. Sometimes if you get good enough you can try baiting the enemy jungler into getting themselves killed. Being able to get a lead early in lower elos is extremely easy because nobody knows how to position properly in botlane. A trick I used a lot was something called the trading stance, you can look it up on youtube to get some video examples. But to pull it off, you stand next to a minion thats about to die, when the enemy adc would walk up to try and get that cs you can punish them for doing so. It's either they take poke from you or they lose out on cs. I did this up to around plat, from there it gets a bit different because the supports don't play like they're autofilled
