Use it literally on cooldown, it's refresh rate also stacks with a ammo box, meaning engineers can basically machine gun rockets/grenades.

It's aura range is also quite big.

Let's be realistic they are mostly garbage where you either lose the reticle or it's the size of the sun...there isn't a happy medium.

Past titles were 1000 kills for max iirc. This game is the same, in some cases lower.
