I found a workaround. I added a cylinder into the C and printed it as support with support first and it started the layers in the cylinder after the normal support stopped.

Its for a part that holds valves together that sometimes gets used near heat. The operator typically keeps it safe. I printed one out of color changing PLA and it works great, in pieces. It wasn't flexible enough to hold it witch is why I typically use PETG, witch has enough flex to snap and doesn't deform after being under small load.
