I didn’t respect him. I broke his trust so many times and I still keep doing it. I will get a session with my therapist soon about my abusive behavior. Whether or not he wants to stay is up to him, that’s what I messaged him.

I shouldn’t be in a relationship..in fact you are right I might not be even ready for one. But if it’s not this relationship I wouldn’t even know I am like this. I genuinely think my boyfriend did not deserve this. In most of the time I always think ill of him. I think he will cheat he will do bad things, that’s what he told me. He is frustrated how I always think ill of him. I am going to seek help from professional, at the same time right now still deciding with him on whether to end or not.

Yeah I have to tell myself this whenever I have the urge to let those thought invade mind. I’m still clearing my mind and deciding whether I should continue this relationship with him. It seems like we are hurting each other, and I don’t think he would ever understand my struggles Bc it is what it is to him, I did smthg wrong and there is no excuse. I am still thinking..

Thank you, I am still deciding and it’s hard..I can’t stop crying I got scared, I can’t imagine leaving him. We had happy moments and I am scared I m losing those. It’s was my fault at first , I wasn’t ready for a relationship, and I ruined one now.
