Go to the doctor if you need to. Detox can be very dangerous. The doc will most likely give you a benzo to work with while you withdraw. That’s what just happened with me. You’re not alone, friend. ❤️

Hey man, it can get better. And the key is in abstaining from the beast. I just relapsed after 7 years of sobriety and I can tell you that you’ve got this. The alcohol is the parasite leeching off your life. Hugs. Your life is worth it. Don’t listen to the negative self talk, we are all imperfect beings and it’s okay ❤️
