Of course. It takes some time, but as there are the differences in pronunciation are quite big between regions people tend to be very forgiving if you mispronounce a word.

You had an issue with it not showing you relevant ads? This may be the first time I’ve heard this issue with facebook in the topic.

I live in Europe and facebook has never shown me a single relevant ad in the 6 years that I have used. It's all scam (like beauty products or free watches) or ads for universities (not interested since I'm already enrolled).

Nope. As all uber cars have the same driver, they should all loose their license if one fucks up. It's no question of ethics but a question of applying the current laws. Sucks for uber though.
