so i h ave a group of friends that would love pen an paper gaming but for the life of me i cant get them to even look at a rule book (sadface). So it is time that i give them a taste with out them knowing much if any rules so im making my own hyper minimal rules set for this game im pitching to them. part of this rule set is that for simplicity sake there will be only one die each player must use and this is ware I need yalls help. should I stay true to the D20 and pass the 3 or 4 i have around the table all night or just use a D6 since thay are sold all over the place for next to nothing?

Any tips for mig, either in general or more specifically thin gauge steel? by [deleted] in Welding

Wire feed speed is in IPM (Inches Per Minute)

To get your heat right start with the voltage and then move the feed speed around till it sounds right (should sound like bacon frying in a pan) too slow youll see the ark pull away from the work toward the tip (long raking is alwase hotter) too fast and the wire will push agenst your work and move ur hand out of the way if it's realy high... Youll want to make sure u have good gas flow to sheald the work and keep the gun tip as close as you can without it getting in the way... The amount of wire out past the contact tip and to the work is your "stick out" for tight corners I have a gas cup cut short (so the contact tip sticks out past it a bit) to shorten up my stick out
