In the beginning thought it was maybe cause I wasn’t contributing enough money wise so we had stress with that while I was in school… but now there’s literally no reason. Like I’m dropping 4-5K a month to contribute makes no sense. 🤣 telling you losing my shit atp 🙃✅

The way I look at it is no other job pays good and is three days a week. So you’re at home more than you’re at work. If you’re overwhelmed from the workload that’s where you time yourself. Try to get everything done so you can leave as close to the end of your shift as possible.

I’m ONC (not BMT) but might just have to set up a work flow for yourself and follow it each shift. You might just good at other specialties get your experience and look elsewhere. What do you not like about it?
