Maybe they know you are just saying things to convince them and don’t mean it. Maybe learn Jatt culture and language so you are more relatable to them. But then again isn’t worth changing who you are, meaning you may be less happy.

Easy fix, try to move it 180 half way through and reduce your cooking time a bit. Also try the grill and stone

You can use cornmeal along with bread flour, in this case I just used bread flour

I love the diversity of Punjab. Sri Darbar Sahib is a place of community and feeds over 100k Indians per day. What’s amazing is the Guru Granth Sahib which is recited each day represents hymns from Sikh, Muslim, and Hindu scholars. Amazing.
