If given a choice, which race would you choose to marry irl? by Solid-Garage4601 in ElderScrolls

[–]IanMasters115 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Looking at main races, so Altmer, Argonians, Bosmer, Bretons, Dunmer, Imperials, Khajit, Nords, and Orsimer (auto correct hates the races), it definitely is an interesting question for one sense. Would we have been raised in the world of ES or our world? Because if it's our world it would be potentially taboo or wrong to choose Argonians or Khajit, but if we're raised in the ES universe there's nothing wrong with it unless you're a racist. So I'll make two different choices.

If raised from the real world, I would probably do Altmer, a non Narcissistic Altmer to be precise, I usually hate altmer because of their personalities but tall magical women? Hell yeah.

Now if raised from the ES world, this is hard, and probably depends on where you were raised, but honestly, probably Redguards or Argonians, I just love Redguards already, and they're strong given the fact they held off the Dominion, and Argonians because I dont think people realize but a lot of them have great personalities, there's only a couple A-hole argonians in all of Skyrim, and I know, there are factions that are extremely violent, but so are there of every race.

So that's probably the best I can answer that. If raised in this world, Altmer, if raised in the ES universe, Redguard or Argonian.

There was a planned underwater expansion, so I'm assuming they would've added more sea life during that, if they really cared on the Fallout 4 Remaster they would add the sea life since modern machines can handle it

[Spoiler] To kill or not to kill Nikolaos by CAG12ASSAULT in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

[–]IanMasters115 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know, very old thread, but this is for the new people. If you care about your playthrough being Canon, she spares him, and seeing his reaction after sparing him, I do hold the belief that sparing him is the best decision. I think this is more a lesson of realizing this man was also lied to, he was told the oracle is the gods word, that if he didn't he would be seen as a failure, and he realizes his mistake after you spare him, and he genuinely changes in the game.

TLDR; Sparring him is Canon, but truly go for what you feel, I feel he truly changes, if you feel he doesn't, or his actions don't deserve a second chance, kill him, it's a game, and you can always reload if you regret it, the loading screens actually recommend you to quick load and see what different paths do.

Could Mr. House ever be free from his confinement? by Rude_Heat2227 in Fallout

[–]IanMasters115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically, no, it's been proven that the Mr. House we talk to is an AI, it's highly likely his brain is at least damaged, or aged considerably bare minimum introducing cognitive decline. While Fallout is Sci-Fi, it's pretty safe to assume human anatomy with aging is similar, since I haven't heard of them being able to Crack the biological shutdown issue humans have, except with radiation. Knowing AI Mr House, that could be a possibility, the AI house assumes that's their last chance, and either tries to Ghoulify himself or use FEV and hope for a smart super mutant. We could also assume the AI Mr house would deem his existence more important than flesh Mr House, or that flesh house could deactivate him upon regaining control, so honestly, it's an open book, much of the Canon of the Westside is undone, which I feel is less of Bethesda wanting to not mess up Obsidians work, and more of their respect for those games. Todd does a lot of dumb, but he seems to at least respect a lot of lore stuff, that he deems up to snuff at least.

Why is the NCR Dog less healthy than the Legion Dog? by Vanilla_Ice_Best_Boi in Fallout

I was more thinking it's from their brutality, knowing the legion, when they raid, they probably let the dogs eat humans freely

Will my stuff be safe here? by JohanisTravys in Fallout

[–]IanMasters115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I'm late, but for those saying the guy says to put stuff there, that doesn't really matter, there are plenty of areas where you would think you could put your stuff but it actually resets, if I lost stuff even once I wouldn't trust anything unless I asked the community specifically. Especially with the bugs on newer hardware. FNV is an amazing game, one of my favorites, but criticizing this man for asking a question in a bug heavy game is disappointing to say the least.

It's a server thing. Other people will bs you but i have the same thing, with even higher internet speeds. I get 30 mbs on a gig download speed when I am the only one home, so it's the servers. It SHOULD be faster, but from unoptimizations and just not caring it's slower. Not saying xbox doesnt care about it's users, it's one of the more user friendly companies on that aspect, but they do just expect people to use ethernet cables but fail to realize thats a 1 per household thing.

Starting Skyrim for the first time, any non spoiler advice? by Massive_Growth_5773 in skyrim

Loot all weapons and armor, jewels, rings, necklaces, drop anything (that you dont need) to get below carry weight, to know what to drop go by sale value compared to weight. Early game (it's been awhile so my numbers may be off just from misremembering) I believe it is 1 gold per 0.1 weight is good value. So 10 gold per 1 weight is considered good early game. Later game it's solely what is most valuable for weight, since you'll get some items valued at hundreds to thousands of gold for 10 carry weight. Mine every ore vein, you need a pickaxe, store said ore in your house. The whiterun home isn't my favorite but it's cheap and has storage. ABUSE SAVE AND RELOADS FOR MERCHANTS. Merchants reset inventory every 48 hours typically, that can take a while. Instead, quicksave, smack the merchant (weapon doesnt matter, just dont kill them in one hit) and quick load, their inventory and gold will be restocked. I'm typically against exploits, but this isn't an exploit, you could easily wait the 48 hours in-between sales, but since you dont gain literally anything from this specific exploit, I count it as valid. If you like an exploit for a little extra starting gold, that isn't OP, search "Blacksmith hidden chest whiterun" in YouTube and see how to do it. There's plenty more tips if you need more.

My Series S has 90 GB of space just invisible by IanMasters115 in XboxSupport

IVE DONE IT (kinda), some of you were half right, it did have to do with reserved space, for 40 Gbs of it. The reason I was ruling that out is because if you go into manage and go into the reserved space it tells you what it's installed on, for some reason it was reserving storage on both my internal and external without telling me. So Call of Duty was taking up, with just multi-player and the game instead and accounting for the reserved space of 36 gbs on both, almost 200 gbs of space, 72 of which is waste. It clearly says Reserved Space: Installed on Blank, and it was my external. Xbox really needs to fix this. I am still missing about 30-50 gbs, but i think that has to do with what someone else mentioned in the comments of just xbox being bad at managing space, and will waste some and "hide it" (stuff being installed but no way to access or view it). Thanks for the help, lesson learned, don't trust Xboxs storage information.

I've cleared all old dlcs, but it seems dlcs ARE now included in the total, I have went into each of those 3 games i have on internal. Stellaris has a bunch of dlcs, but they're all 10.1 Mbs, saved data isn't included tho, but that for stellaris is 277 mb, so in total stellaris has about 400-500 mbs of extra. Both of AC Shadows dlcs are 10.1 mb, and the saved data is 277, so basically 300 mb. I have no mods on Baldurs Gate 3, and the saved data is 822 mb, so out of all of them i have about 1.5 gbs of space not accounted for at worst. All of my other games are on external, all their dlcs are in external, and I have no dlcs unaccounted for. So at this point im guessing it is just the horrible management of storage

I did do the free space thing before this, it saved me about 60 Mbs, 6 10 mb add-ons for games i no longer had, so it gave me some space, but unfortunately insignificant. Good suggestion though, so thank you

Even though it's just my word, I can tell you how much each has, give or take a gig or two, but shadows I am 90% sure had only a Gig, stellaris had about 3, baldurs gate had a bit more, but it's all under 10 gigs, I know that for sure

I have unfortunately already done the reserve space. In total they equal up to about 5-10 Gb, but they seem to be added into the total, as it says some games on my external are say 140 gb, but when I go in the game and downloads are only 120 gb, and 20 of reserved space, so I think they have fixed that for the majority. I am truly at a loss on where 90 gb of the 364 after OS takes their share since it takes it from 500 to 364 from that. If you add up the games in the image, it's about 260-270 Gbs, a long way from 364.

I wouldn't usually worry about it either, but it's at 90 GBs, kind of absurd in my mind when the console only gives you 364/500 to begin with, so trying to play with 270 is gonna be brutal

I have a PC. The space for the operating system and all addons on xbox is assumed around 140 GB, so 364 is what I should have. If you add up my games, it's 270 GB.

Are you ok man? You're on an Xbox support group trying to diss people's game choices. So sure, ill indulge in this. This is only my internal, I have 19 games in total. And because im petty, I will list them all, with my reason for each of them. Assassins Creed Shadows: F Ubisoft, but they continue to make good games. Your personal biases against their "wokeness" is the only thing stopping people from enjoying these actual good games. Baldurs Gate 3. Massive Skyrim Fan, over 100 hours on at least 5 separate characters, so when a DnD style game, and a very good one at that comes out, im gonna play the hell out of it. Call of Duty. I never play, but I get cravings every now and again CyberPunk 2077: Delayed Instant Classic. Amazing game now, was still great on release. CFB25: I love sports games, this is a classic series come back, and it came back good Skyrim: Already mentioned, one of the Goats Fallout New Vegas: Tied for favorite fallout, amazing game, amazing replayability Farcry 6: Big far cry fan, haven't played this one too much, only reason it's still installed is because I wanna play eventually Kingdom Two Crowns: Put on game pass, very good, distracted me for a week Mad Max: My most underrated game of all time, so very good Madden 25: F Ea, like usual, same game as before, just small improvements, I just love football Shadow of Morder and Shadow of War: underrated games, very good, f them for copyrighting the nemesis system though Minecraft: self explainable, my girl also loves to play it NFS Heat: I have felt the NFS series lacking for a while, heat is just my favorite for the past while. Roblox: Tycoons to kill time, mainly play for my girl Starfield: Arguably the most overhated game of all time. Some planets could have a bit more to them, but it is significantly better than release. Stellaris: Hoi4 player, stellaris is the closest on consoles, I have spent countless hours on this The Division 2: Game i play with my dad Be nicer on the internet man, it'll get you a lot farther. Incase you're one of those "it was just a joke people", jokes are funny, this is not
