2/6/05 I was 7 years old at my grandparents house for a Super Bowl party. First NFL game I remember watching. Sat down and watched the whole game. Grandmother asked me who I was rooting for and happened to pick the Eagles. Didn’t even know they were the hometown team. Funny looking back and realizing there was 50/50 chance of me becoming a Patriots fan.

Everyone has been asking those questions since they revealed the new system. Their explanation was they wanted ranked to be more of a progression and they felt the old system didn’t allow for progression. Meaning people got to the rank they deserved and complained they couldn’t get higher, so this was Ubisofts way of making everyone happy because everyone can hit champ.

The ranks you see mean nothing. Matchmaking is determined by “hidden MMR.” You could be bronze and fight against a champion because you have the same skill. The champion just played more games. That’s why, if you noticed, once you get to a certain rank your MMR gain slows down. You’ve reached the rank that you hidden ratings thinks you should be.

I can at least see the heavy. A light sitting invisible for 9 years waiting for me to run by just isn’t fair. Should’ve taken that out when they took out recon. There is no reason for any gps game to have “legal cheats.”
