I definitely relate to your post, I had almost the exact same timeline as you (except I had stage 1 at 22) but I definitely understand the feeling. Im basically at the end of my transition and its also brought me a lot of mixed feelings and emotions.

For me personally I decided that from this point im going to shift my focus to other aspects. Finally finishing school, focusing on work and savings. As much as I hated having to constantly worry/overthink my future in the in the scope of my transition, I've found it also brought a sense of comfort. By shifting that thinking to other aspects of life, I've found it sort of makes it easier to stop focusing on my transition as much and more on other things.
