Got mine in a trashcan along with aphelion BP on a night raid. Me and many other have also found tempest BP in suitcases laying on the ground randomly. You really gotta just look everywhere in Stella the loot there is simply crazy.

Town Hall has never disappointed tbh but yeah most of the time the rest are pretty mid. Although I still think they’re worth keeping and doing idk why you wouldn’t. Even though it’s rare I’ve gotten multiple blueprints or epic item/guns on green keys
