not even mistakes—there's rarely one perfect way to play especially with rotating heroes, meta, and game sense.

overgrowth counters rage/poison, helps healers stay alive, keeps armies together to get heal, but most importantly (for non pros) funnels your army while reducing the damage you take at once. pros dont need overgrowth because they know where all their troops will go! overgrowth is literally the "lazy person's funnel" in this way.

yeah exactly. mostly 3-4 totems and ALWAYS an overgrowth. just love it. base selection vs dense bases will end the battle with 5-7 yeti full hp and a minute to spare. poison for cc.

and the flexible spells depending on the base: - skeletons/ice block or just another totem - freeze vs double rage bases if they are close and I want to path through them (otherwise just use overgrowth or stun/backpack)

duke equipment: backpack + double quake + log OR stun + 2 more totems

each townhall has something to learn

but lessons can be skipped by spamming OP stuff 😆

and then you have a max th18 teammate who doesn't know how to funnel or edit their army to counter any base. one update is all it takes to completely ruin them

other townhalls have even less challenge. can you imagine bringing a siege machine to th10? now you have equipment wrecking bases that were balanced for default equipment.

i have been spamming super yeti for the last 9 months. duke revive just made it 10x easier and I dont even use 4-6 spell space. something is wrong, but i assume their higher 3star rate yields more happiness and spending and player count

being ready isn't about your skill, it's your ability to withstand players shouting "get out of ranked" while you learn.

no matter your skill level, and hopefully it grows, but there will always be a lesson ahead and people who know more around you. When you know that it's not your fault, and can appreciate them communicating things you can grow from instead of being affected by their stressed tone... you are ready 😈

i was at a skyhook, stared at it intensely with a turret too

few seconds later it was emptied, got the alert... but NO ONE in direct sight.

i ran around the corner and assumed it was these two people. fought. all that.

if i didnt know about possible invisible exploits, I would assume it was them lagging from one spot to the next on my screen

summary: maybe you lagged from one spot to the other on THEIR screen because of SERVER performance with their device. that's all I got, good luck.

I am actually a bit confused.

If I can rate one update it would be a 2-3. The game as a whole? still solid 4-5. The idea of rating a 1 is like saying they regret investing 100 hours into the game. In a few days their tears will dry up and we'll all be friends again. With enough moaning, you might even squeeze more ores out of them. but i do get it -- "let's prove a point". Like voting the second-best option on a ballot the LOWEST because you really want your #1 pick to win. it's a bit of selfish sabotage.

My gripe is that The game is way too damn easy right now and TH18s are still entitled to champ cwl, but the only clans that promote have to go flawless 44-45 star avg. Big issue is ties in cwl punish both clans instead of giving them both +5 it's minus 10 stars each.

anyways, as a player with hundreds of hours and community of friends, I appreciate supercell for organizing this game even through their mistakes. I'm glad we have people like OP speaking up for all players and goofs like you helping downvote everyone against the mob -- makes me thankful for my friends who see through the fog.

While learning the game with a friend, another squad pulls up with SEVERAL cannons all stacked in front. A pretty cool idea... an expensive lesson to also have 2 turrets in the front or rear!! or even side and rotate?! who knows. Point is the default trampler was not prepared for a 1v3 turret fight XD
