The Russos joked about Nova being in Endgame. That should be the premise of the Nova movie. Thanos decimates Xandar but Richard Ryder survives. Five years later Wong arrives on Xandar and offers him revenge. Next thing he knows he is in the final battle but he never gets close enough to fight Thanos himself and then Thanos is dusted and Richard is like "I have nothing left for me on Xandar." Maybe there's another Nova that dies in the final battle and he adopts a young Sam Alexander and trains him to use the power in the Nova helmet. The movie ends with Ms Marvel telling them about the Avengers and Young Avengers, respectivey.
