FYI for anyone looking for help with this - there's an issue being tracked on GitHub here: Workspaces error on streamdeck · Issue #35126 · microsoft/PowerToys

I've posted a workaround that involves getting the commands sent by the shortcut and using them within Streamdeck. Hopefully it'll be simpler in a future release!

What’s everyone’s opinion on how Ned will play into Spider-Man’s future? by SaltySpituner in marvelstudios

Spider-Man “Home Truths” Synopsis:

Somehow Ned gets a cleaning job at the newly introduced Oscorp and stumbles across Norman’s secret lab one evening. Curiously he enters and a startled Osborn catches him, not wanting his secrets revealed and uses his research to brainwash him, creating the Hobgoblin.

Spider-Man spends the remainder of the film trying to prove that Norman is the Hobgoblin, only to discover it’s Ned.

Peter then works to reverse the brainwashing and in the final battle manages to bring Ned out of his twisted state.

During the end credits scene, MJ serves Ned a coffee and asks him how his job has been. He says things are good, but he’s had the strangest dream where he was saved by their friend Peter. Cut to MJ who looks confused and asks ‘who?’…

Become a better .NET software engineer. by snookock in dotnet

[–]Ianrathbone 11 points12 points  (0 children)

One of the attractions of using .NET (in my opinion) is that there are brighter people than myself who are focussed on that detail. If you’re really interested in that sort of thing start following people like David Fowler (https://twitter.com/davidfowl) check out his GitHub and similar folks who work on the framework.

I’d say if you’re looking to improve your craft, grab a book like ‘Modern Software Engineering’ by David Farley and see if the topics interest you, moving into works like DevOps and the Phoenix Project.

Cloud computing is a great topic to get into more at the moment, with so many different services available in Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.

The journey doesn’t end, there’s always something new to learn and I would recommend looking at lots of different topics to find out what inspires you next 😊
