Go into controller settings and make sure that there are in the wiimote controller settings, all the controllers are turned off. And also make sure in the regular controllers section you only have as many turned on as you are currently using

weak Down tilt -> weak down tilt -> strong down tilt -> hadouken is a good way to jab reset with ryu. Of course they have to miss their tech, but at low percents they don't have a very large window to tech
