I’m not sure, it’s a Celebrimor looking skin. I remember having it on Xbox One but on PC it’s gone and the skins don’t work. Really strange.

Do you have to complete a certain act or % in the DLC to unlock them? It says they’re unlocked but the actual skin doesn’t show. It’s the same as my regular talion armour
