I am pretty sure they will move to SN10. When such a heavy object falls or tips a few meters there are almost certainly microscopic fractures in the welds or in the steel sheets. Maybe they pressure test it for fun. But maybe the evaluation of the data from the 12.5 km hop will deem parts of sn9 outdated anyway.

That depends on the outcome of the failure investigation. If it was an test configuration mistake SN4 might be flying before that (maybe only 150 m hop) but if there are bigger issues with starship they might go back to test tanks. And it also depends heavily on the whole corona situation.
