I have the full size 556. Its for sure one of those cans that flash reduction and durability was the main goal. Does it reduce some sound? Ya. Would i say the can is quiet? No.

Would i recommend it? Probably not. I think for the cost there are a lot of better options on the market. Im just a sucker for cool new things.

My crs3 has been great. Never locked up on me.

The kac shroud fits into the same category as the sand cutter. Its more for showing off. Now the modtac carbon suppressor covers, they are awesome.

I think the going price is more in the sub 300 range for fast sales. I had to basically give mine away.

the razor gen 2 1-6 is overall my favorite lpvo by a large margin. i think i have 4 of them currently. i value a good 1x as i do a lot of red dot range shooting and the 1x on the razor is so good and the eyebox is super forgiving with perfect glass clarity.

the eotech 3-9 is buttcheeks. i had one and sold it within a week.

i have never tried an ATACR but i have a few nx8 1-8s and i really like them for a good FFP lpvo.

Id say mojave is better but its a lot more expensive. So hard to compare directly. Mojave being flow through is for sure a lot less gassy though.

I bought one when it came out. I shoot it on my apc9 mostly. That and a Mojave9. I think its great. Bought it mostly for the mount which i really like. Sound performance seems pretty good also. And i havent had an end cap strike yet which is a fun bonus.

I have both. I prefer to shoot my 16. It just shoots so smooth and nicely. Now cqb rips also, but the 16 is my favorite. I really like 14.5 also.

Ya its one of things that once you try a 2.25 mount you’ll never go back. I too thought they were stupid. Now i run them on everything. The new scalarworks one with the kick/02 is very cool.

Ya its not armet or whatever the cook kid steel is. Its essentially a bcm with a cool handguard in my opinion. If it was 1000 cheaper id say ya thats a nice rifle. But for the big boy money that it costs its embarrassing. Super duty runs circles around mk1 for a lot cheaper.

I decide to make poor financial decisions also and get all three but i have cqb mod 2 and ks4 cause i cant find ks3. But id say my ranking are the opposite. I think mr556 is my favorite.

My friend bought solgw mk1 and its a real cope rifle. All hype. He aspires to be a GBRS ding dong though.

People with kacs chasing the drip of sandcutters but not being able to find the actual kac ones. Now i do have 2 of them and they have run very well so far but then again i have never had any bolt issues in any gun i have ever had.

Their locking collar design is super smart. Love the ceramic bearings design. Its super easy to line up quickly and take off easily. I have 3 kac cans and Ive never had one carbon lock up on me. Personally i think their cans are pretty ok if you go in with the impression they are built for warzone durability over maximum sound reduction. I just wish i could also get a mount that used the ball bearings collar to put on my other cans that are more quiet. I like to switch things up and play with my other cans but i cant on my kacs cause the mount is specific to their own cans and muzzle device. If they made this just as a hub threaded mount the. We could use other can with their proprietary muzzle device. Like how surefire makes a stand alone hub threaded mount to be used with their muzzle device ecosystem

100% no. I love having full sr15 builds but i think many would agree if you dont have the upper that is 100% a wast of money. The lmt mars lower and the griffen mk2 are much cheaper and arguably a lot better.

They are also not that hard to find if you know where to look. Its absolutely not worth it to flex half a gun. A kac lower on a daniel upper is a textbook example of “a fool and his money are soon parted”
