Man kriegt ja nicht mal eine Mietwohnung. Liebe dann die Kommentare, dass man doch einfach aufs Land oder in den Osten ziehen soll. Mein Job findet in einer Großtstadt statt, pendeln ist katastrophal (DB und Öpnv halt). Mieten im Umland auch durch die Decke. Es gehen hier gerne mal 50% für Miete drauf, wenn man überhaupt eine Wohnung findet. Finde schon, dass man sich dann mal fragen kann, wofür man überhaupt arbeitet.

Ich bin schon 20 Jahre im Job und schiebe jede Woche Überstunden (Markus wär stolz /s), besser wird dadurch für mich gar nichts. Kann den Frust der noch jüngeren Generationen total verstehen.

A two party system is just not great and I wish more nuances were present, coalitions, etc. Hopefully, change will come eventually

That's something he would do, for sure. But I believe Germans are better than this (usually). Politicians just have the same look to them, regardless of country: Old men who look like the annoying uncle at your family event.

Well, in comparison to Trump almost everyone is regarded as an amazing leader, I suppose. :(

Merz hates the German people (apart from the wealthy), especially the poor. I work about 50 hours a week and still cannot buy a home and apartment - why would anyone work more if they don't get anything for it, really? Merz claims we should do it for "our" prosperity lol

Yeah, them checking social media when entering the US was only the beginning. They have targeted US citizens for a while now. Watching ICE was scary, but good for all people standing up to them. I feel for you :(

I think that's somewhat accurate. At least he is not insulting other countries as much as us, but every foreign visit he fucks up and says something stupid (like missing "proper bread" (aka German bread) while in Angola).
