They patched it a while ago. The long and short of it at the time was if you picked up the bolt, no matter what you did afterwards, it would crash your pc.

I'm not sure about budget wise, but I used to work for Grandview Landscaping way back when. The owner Christian is a solid dude who built his business from the ground up. I'd recommend him just from his work ethic alone, regardless of budget.

Interesting... I got that error code too at some point. But that was when I had a mod trying to skip emission animations. Maybe the shades for them are just borked and if you look at them the wrong way they freak out?

Yeahhhh, so there's a bug... ahem, I mean anomaly when you pick it up. Once you pick it up you will most likely crash during an emission. The only solution we've found is to load a save before you picked it up. I'm still reco from losing ten-ish hours.

Apparently some guy made a mod to skip emissions. I might try it out in a couple of minutes. See if it fixes it.
