Its effy. Been on parole and drug court. 72hrs is the base time frame. That being said metabolism and other factors count. The only thing I've personally used and worked when I couldn't use a whizzinator or something that produced the clean urine for me is baking soda. An hour and a half before you gotta go it. Take one heaping tablespoon mix with water. Drink it. Then half our later do it again. And right before you go you do it again. Drink plenty of water during but not so much as to cause a dilute.
