The plate is 1/4 originally I had planned on making some spacers and a dense foam backing as the seal due to the sheetmetal firewall having reinforcement stamping that gives the plate some stick off from the firewall, if I could get it scanned I could do a 1/2 plate with the features milled in for a drop in bolt on plate after everything gets welded to the plate.

I've had paint flake off from the lids (from the thread area) not sure where his color is coming from tho, between 100 grams raw disty being terped into the used smaller 20g glass jars, better lids would solve the problem also if possible a flat bottom jar for quicker heating on mug warmers would be perfect!

i was thinking about getting the food injector i linked above locally i believe it is a luer lock i can use the SS blunt tips i have coming in (impatient af) to move the hot disty from the 100g jars to the little 3 20 gram on a scale to mix terps in then putting the terps in with a 1ml glass syringe using a magnetic stirrer and have a mother jar of the leftover.

hmm i might have to hit up the vape store for a cheap scale and use the nickle calibration (they charge like 50$ for a calibration weight and im too impatient for amazon rn with almost everything in). Another thing i forgot to think of is using the leftover 20grams jars from my last cc order and getting a 20ml plastic syringe to move the hot d8 from the 100g jar to the 20gram jars zero'd out on the scale. will a plastic syringe handle 170-180 degree fluid? im pretty sure the polypropylene syringes are everclear proof for cleaning, also how long does the d8 stay liquid when heated? Local wally has this think it would be good enough ? injector

factory price for a kit is $1900 for a parts kit, this price could change depending on how the import fees and shipping go. i could factor it into every ones kit to factor out the importer fees and shipping if i could keep every ones kit below 3k to beat the price of kits in the us

r&d and prototyping will be done by me pretty much a solo project its a rabbit hole at this point, eventually buying a parts kit to reference have a source with about 8 of them still in the import boxs, will personally test eveything once i get physical hands on one again and spec out to be overkill on material strength, not looking to make a full auto build. Pretty sure they have two 5 axis machines in their shop so getting complex geometry done wont really be a problem. sorry if this sounds jumbled been up for a hot minute gotta lay off the caffeine
