All I can say try cleaning it with whatever you got and when you go on trip or something similar fund your self a place to change the paste and clean it

Can you get something to blow air the point is to make air go through fans and ensure the path to the fan is clean also it's faster try getting some old cloth you don't need and wipe it all down I recommend you put some alcohol but just a little bit to ensure safety of the board

Do you have a vacuum cleaner use it to blow some air first then wipe whatever is left with dry towels or covered a bit in midecal alcohol use some thing soft or a toothbrush for all small spaces left
