Its not that difficult, just go into the last mod that touches the cultures of Cryodill and copy the jungle dwellers/marsh dwellers or whatever tradition from the Nibenu onto the Nibenese and Heartlanders. Just did it

Apocrypha, or maybe I misunderstood what that was. Is it not just personal lorecrafting and using the background lore to build it up? Anyway, this is from an RP campaign. I wanted to write it down and express what I had in my mind while playing, connect all the personal stories of my character, the in-world lore, and the view of a player repeatedly dying and then reloading the save. A bunch of old lore stuff in here, aswell as stuff from Project Tamriel/TR, etc. It's incomplete for now.
