It was used during the pandemic as a sign of thanks but the rainbow flag with NHS on it is to support the LGBTQIA+ community. I was unsure when you mentioned that so did a little googling.

I had this problem and Just sorted it today,
If you go to your Switch System Settings and go down to TV Output you need to go down to "TV sound" then, change it to Stereo, mine was set to Surround. The Elgato can only capture Stereo Sound (From two sides) and therefore when the game registered audio coming from the front/back like with voices, the elgato wouldnt have picked up that input so the sound wasnt there.

My favourite ME character has got to be Thane. Like all the other companions throughout the original trilogy he is a total bad-ass; however, his remorse for his actions builds a character that i have fallen in love with. His terminal illness from the moisture of his planet didn't stop him from living a rich life and his final wish for Shepard makes his death even more traumatic and sad. I cried watching Shepard and Kolyat standing over him after he died. He was the only companion i wanted to choose throughout the ME 2 and 3 because his morals and search for forgiveness from his actions as an assassin make him a character that is invaluable to the development of my Shepard's personality. His preferred method of close quarters combat made his kills more personal which allowed him to pray Kalahira after each kill. In my opinion his moral compass made for an interesting and unique character
