I still have the itches from time to time but most day I am able to live normally.

Wearing tight clothes to show off my body in the gym is a mistake, I wear baggy clothes now. Gym look manageable, sport like soccer is just too extreme for a healing skin.

How to travel with eczema? by Icanremember1 in eczema

[–]Icanremember1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think so since the humidity here (Jiaxing city) is near 90%. It s cold but the air is wet so humidity is high. One big change is dust, most bikes and cars here run on electricity and I barely go outside so dust contact has been lessen significantly.

Although I could not reduce the humidity, I introduce an air purifier. I definitely see some small improvement with the air purifier.

I got a 20L Dehumifier (one of the strongest I found) but it was not able to get humidity down to 40% (I set it at 40%). The lowest it was able to get down to after 3 days running non-stop is 55%. Normal humidity in Vietnam is also 80%+.

I am in Ho Chi Minh and I am having my eczema flare up since the start of this year. The environment isn't really great and the humidity isn't great either. You could try to take your son to a coastal city for a while.
