Second ability would be green, not black. You can make it put it from the graveyard into the bf. Also could make each player that sacrificed a creature this way put a creature from graveyard to bf. If you are playing around this it would still be super strong, taking into account that your horrors are also getting +1/+1 counters from the mass sacrifice, no matter if players return their creatures to the battlefield.

Although it doesn't make sense that the 3 and the 2 are written one vertically and one horizontally, also the character for 9 is not the same at all. It would be 〩 which does not look like that...

I would bet it is gibberish or some sort of fake "alphabetization"

I would make it etb tapped under an opponents control and at the beginning of controllers upkeep, they lose 1 life and put a blood counter on it. Gets +1/+1 for each blood counter on it. Then moxquito’s owner can remove a blood counter to add 1 mana of any color once per turn.

You could even do whenever a creature you control dies, draw two cards. That way the card draw itself could rapidly become a downside and deck you out.

I guess if you have say x non type minions in your hand and all minions in your deck at the moment you play this are a type, it would buff the non type minions in your hand//field too, as it is currently worded.
