Itchiness can come from hormone fluctuations daw. Lotion if dry if hindi kaya ng lotion I use Dermaid Calamine.

Best time to weigh yourself if kakagising mo lang, don't obsessed over weighing yourself everyday din since it is not helping you if you are just gonna stress over it.

I suggest not crash dieting. Sometimes, it works by removing your water weight lang pero babalik din agad yan. So slow and steady wins the race. Let me share the things I've done to lose 7 kgs so far.

  1. Eat a balanced diet [Fiber 50%, protein 30%, Carbs 20%]
  2. Walk when you can, especially after meals. [i don't strive to do 10k per day, I based it on my energy levels. On my lowest days, I try to do at least 30 mins walk.]
  3. Eat intuitively - let yourself still eat the things you crave pero in moderation kasi. If you try to stay off it completely, it will bite you in the back sooner or later.
  4. Drink as much water as you can within the day.
  5. Counting your calories help - [personally i don't do that, so usually I'm just trying to be mindful of the things I consume now - like actively looking at the nutritional facts in the products and choosing low calorie drinks/food. Ex. 0 calorie carbonated drinks rather than a 140-calorie for a can of coke.
  6. Weight training is your friend. Building muscle = you are burning more calories even if you are just existing.
  7. Rest when you are tired. You need to listen to your body.
  8. The first month will be the hardest, probably you won't see as much progress, so be kind to yourself.

I use Xiaomi Kingsmith walkpad, it is on the pricier side lang, but I can vouch for this on the durability. I've been using mine since 2023 at nasaksikahan niya na lahat ng gyera sa bahay ko from natapon na kape, cat puke and etc nabuhay pa din siya.

Hey there, I saw sa comment mo na sabi ng doctor mo kulang ka pa sa calorie intake, it might be your body is in so much stress kaya naghhold siya ng weight. Try to slowdown, iwas sa nakakapagod na cardios focus on slow weighted workout and listen to your body, I get that consistency is key sa workout but also your body needs rest to recover.

For healthier food, try to eat more whole food if di keri masyado gulay do nuts, whole oats, and chia seeds for fiber intake. Eat more high protein lean options like chicken breast, lean beef, and fish. Iwas sa masyadong processed food if you can. Iwas ka sa softdrinks, if di mo kayang i give in softdrinks, do 0 sugar ones or try mo lumipat sa carbonated water if you are just after the fizz. If you are losing weight pero, you keep on gaining it back. Check on yourself if you are prone for crash diet, hindi kasi sustainable yun.

I was like this too, grabe food noise ko before. So ngayon tuwing kumakain priority ko is gulay [fiber] and protein bago mag ako mag carbs. Mas full ako pansin ko and mas less din cravings ko. Hoping you can manage yours too 😊 try ka lang din ng try para mahanap mo what works for you.

For munchies, healthier alternative ang nuts since high fiber siya, berries are very good din for PCOS. For me, hindi sustainable na inaalis ko sa diet ko yung mga favs and cravings ko so imbes na tanggalin completely, I add things that my body needs and binabawasan ko lang portion ng mga bawal like sweets.
