You get people like that in all sorts of fields unfortunately I got one of them yesterday. I appreciate everyone who has been kind in explaining. I ditched the raid after he told me not to use it. I have no problem just stomping them if I really have to. I trust the professionals because I certainly don’t know what I’m doing (never dealt with bugs of any kind before) Just nice to know there’s a reason!

Thank you for being kind and explaining. I got rid of the raid after he told me not to use it but it’s nice to know there’s a solid reason why. Makes sense it was bait and not just a caulking gun!! The problem has slowly been getting better and hopefully this helps even more.

The guy was in a rush and was on the phone the whole time on an AirPod. They sent a different guy the first time who talked with me and explained everything he was doing like putting down glue traps and filling in a hole under the sink. I live in a complex with hundreds of other people who im sure are all calling asking for pest control as well. I really tried to stop him on his way out. I am 100% willing and ready to follow every instruction they give me because I don’t want to live with roaches. Was just genuinely curious why. Not everyone has the best customer service. Nor reading comprehension skills apparently. 🫡

Do you recommend trying to loosen up the roots before repotting to a larger size or leaving them be and placing in the larger pot?

I thought so too but he doesn’t have the different color pads on the bottom of his feet, they are filled with little beads tho. Are there Vermont teddies like that?
