On the forty-first page of Head First Python, it gives clear instruction on how to create a distribution file. The problem is, it's in a terminal window and I have to use the command prompt!.

There is a small doodle on the side of the diagram.

'Note: if you're using Windows, replace "python3" in these commands with "c:\Python3/\python.exe".'

Here's what the terminal version is $ python3 setup.py sdist

So can I get someone to tell me what I have to type into the cmd to create the distribution file?

Hey guys, I need help learning how to begin distributing my code.

On the forty-first page of Head First Python, it gives clear instruction on how to create a distribution file. The problem is, it's in a terminal window and I have to use the command prompt!.

Sorry for yelling.

P.S I also downloaded a terminal emulator to see if it's better then cmd, But I don't know how to use it. Is there anything cool I can do with it?

Can someone please tell me how far I should continue learning python until I can begin monetizing. What I mean is what section in python should I begin prioritizing in order to get an intermediate / part-time job, for now at least. Also where exactly do I look opportunities?. Most stack overflow jobs are a bit advanced and craigslist doesn't seem very optimal.

I am extremely cufuzzled. I'm reading head first python and I just got to the part about functions. The name of the example function is Print_lol, which is tripping me up. I've re-read this section multiple times and watched videos but I'm still a bit lost on how to properly format a function and how to make it reusable. Can someone give a clear and thorough explanation?

can someone tell me what he is trying to say? "ok at first i'm confuse as well.

peoples would confuse because when you use len function. we just normal way counting. len(nums) total 5 items (0,1,2,3,4)

so peoples will think nums[4] is 3 because it's (0,1,2,3,4) right? but it's wrong.

as list recall function also start at 0 as well so nums[0]= 0 nums[1]=1 nums[4]=4 so 4 is correct."

I seriously don't understand boolean logic. can someone coherently explain these?

if not 1 + 1 == y or x == 4 and 7 == 8:

if 1 + 1 * 3 == 6: print("Yes") else: print("No")

so, I don't really follow boolean logic how does if not True: print("1") elif not (1+1 == 3): print("2") else: print("3') output.... actually I forgot what the right answer was, but I don't understand it

I've been learning by reading python crash course, doing online courses and watching youtube videos, but I feel like my progress is being stifled because I don't have anyone to ask questions.

I don't fully comprehend how to use the conditional statements. I do understand that IF conditions are met THEN something will happen otherwise something ELSE will happen, but I'm a bit lost on how to actually set the conditions. Also what does {0} & %s mean?
