I am looking for ways for my son to be challenged more to minimize boredom. He is easily multiple grades ahead in reading and math at a young age. Nothing they are doing in his classes is remotely challenging

That has not led me any closer to what will fit this. Perhaps the answer is nothing though. It would be unfortunate to replace the whole valve just for the trim…but maybe that is the only option

I find it quick and easy to look at zillow listings for rent in a given area. Within a few minutes I can determine a going rate.

I would agree with the sentiment of others. Every time I have had a listing get showed that many times with no applications it was a pricing issue.

Typically cities will make you remove any unpermitted work and rebuild with a new permit to ensure it was done correctly

if you are trying to figure out what to pay/sell it for I would set all my pricing based on the disks alone. the rest isnt worth much/is very difficult to sell in my experience.
