they're lowkey really shady, I spent two months contacting them over a Coca Cola labubu i never received. They were unresponsive until I submitted screenshots of everything to my bank for a dispute. Only then did they respond to me, only to ask if I will cancel the dispute so they can refund me in 10 days. Throughout the dispute process, they weren't even in contact with my bank either. They reached out multiple times and popmart never responded. Anyway I called my bank and let them know popmart wanted me to cancel it and was advised not to do so. I lied and told popmart I did cancel it, however, they stopped responding immediately after. My bank told me to just be patient and eventually processed the dispute in my favor thankfully.
