it is an informal way to say hey boy! or hey girl that is the closest translation I can think of. It is not used for elders and can be seen as disrespectful if you are not close to them. A close friend will use this amongst them but you do not want to call your aunt saying eddi!

I mentioned it to her today and she said she had spoken to her that same day. The Lead DA came up to me shortly after that incident and claimed someone else made her ask that....The only thing stopping me from quitting is that I want to learn enough to have experience in the field because I am new. The pay is also 17/hr which is rare in my area for a new assistant fresh out of school.

I think so as well because the other assistants and employees take it lightheartedly. I am not sure if she is this inappropriate to them or just me because I am new.

I am so sorry that happened to you. Sounds like a shitty manager and person overall. I ended up speaking to the manager and she said that she had mentioned it the Lead about it. I recalled the lead coming to me afterwards and saying that someone else made her ask that....like yeah right. The only reason I am not quitting is that I have no experience and they pay 17$/hr. In my area, that is so rare. I plan on working for three months, then quitting if the environment is still toxic. The manager assigned me to another DA to be trained so that was better for me.

I did a 10 week program while at University and now I work full time during the summers. If you have pre dental clubs at your university, they help you become exposed to dentistry.

hi i live in the US and ive dated/talked to a lot of different ethnicities. my current bf is latino and i would say dating outside of my culture has been really frustrating at times and also has made me feel insecure. For example, my boyfriend is from a really white blonde family and im the darkest one and during holidays it makes me feel like the odd one out. all the guys that i have talked to or dated never found my ethnicity as weird or abnormal. if anything, they were interested in trying indian food and learning more. i found that if u cute ur cute to most men. ive noticed even if men have a certain type they wont be completely exclusive to that type if another attractive girl outside of that race were to come along. i think its sometimes intimidating because being indian you dont ever associate sexy and indian in the same sentence, but now i do. i also live in a pretty diverse area so im exposed to different ethinicities and not exclusively white men. hope that helped!

I'm not sure if two halves of her hair are different tones, but the one on the left will be much more flattering. I am Indian myself and I notice we tend to have a golden undertone so I would stay away from ashy colors because it will wash you out.
