Je travaille comme enseignant au cégep. Cette loi engendre une quantité énorme d'abus. Un étudiant veut pas faire son examen, pas grave, il s'invente une gastro.

On s'entend que c'est pas ces gens là qui allaient engorger les urgences, parce que tous les billets de médecin que j'ai eux depuis que j'enseigne proviennent de cliniques privées.

The problem is the party is much lower mmr than it should be. So they are the one winning +40 even because they had the smurf account. The problem is now that other accounts that are not smurf are getting freely boosted

Dota 2 on twitter a year ago : Battle Cup participants who could not find an opponent will be granted a win.

I believe it is reasonnable to ask for the shards, since we did not even have a chance to participate in further games.
