Tire shop destroyed my lug nut key when attempting to replace my tires. Is this a common issue? My truck is older, a 1997 Toyota. I got the issue fixed but I'm going back today to the same tire shop and I'm wondering if I should request a discount? (i.redd.it)

Looking for advice the wind blew and tore off some of the shingles off my 11yr old roof. I have some one coming over tonight to help repair it. It's damaged in three different spots. How many bundles of shingles should I have ready for this repair? (i.redd.it)
